Thread: Can you still rank only with link spamming ?

In old days it was so easy to rank just with backlinks and even only with forums signatures and mass footer links. Years ago Google turned tables on this so now you don't see it must. I noticed still people claim you can rank your sites purely by link spamming mostly using software like GSA SE.

Anyone here use these methods ? I think if this method works only if you use chum and burn sites.

I really didn't tried this for ages now, I'm talking more than 5 years, so I'm not teh right guy, but I know some people still talking that they can rank some pages using these methods, I assume not for a long time.

You can easily rank your site with spam links. But you should remember that, it will not last for a long period. Your site ranks for only 2-3 days and google would hit your site badly, after finding the links build were spam.

But it's shortlived as Google will smack you harder than you even imagine. For churn and burn sites with a short shelf life it works. If you want to rank long term don't even think about it.

I do this for churn and burn sites that I want to pump and dump without worrying. If this is your money site, you won't want to go with this route since Google will eventually catch up and penalize you.

Google is continuously changing, but good authority and less outbound link contained niche related backlinks are still working.

Spamming links may lead to a very short results, but high quality links lead to long term results

I know this Method... it called "churn and burn"... this method works well with GSA and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tier spamming.

But it will not work a long time by 2 reasons:

- The Google algo will might catch you by finding footprints
- The competitors will analyse your profile and then they make spam reports at google

But for the first 1-3 weeks you will earn by good ranking.. until google will catch you lol.

Vise and true!

Google started few years back only and after all Google is a most visited website.
Link building with quality back links is always a best way to get well ranking to our website.
Or our website should attract more number of visitors with its content.

i think NO; link spamming won't help us in any way to get good rankings; sometimes the result will be for a shorter time period and sometimes it won't show any rank boost; anyway, ultimately we are going to hit by any type of new algorithmic update for sure.

After recent Penguin update it is almost impossible to rank with links spamming.
