You could try to eliminate a part of your backlinks and if this method doesn't work you need to start building other site... sorry for this :(
visit your webmaster tool the go thru the links there, there might be some dead links and you have to remove them using disvol tool
you must learn to acquire good and quality links
also using copescape to check for duplicate content in your site and rewrite them
