Yeah there is an instant indexing button next to the fetch as googlebot button. Use wisely. You get 100 fetches but only 10 automatic indexing and there is no guarantee but zI have never seen it not work.
Use a Youtube video and the WP plugin for video xml sitemaps (its free).
To add your website to Google, you can simply go at google.com/addurl and submit your website url or any new url that you want to submit.
