a article per day,this is not enough.do you have a team?you should develop your backlinks style and quantity.

Article submission is not enough.. Also try forum and blog posting and some social bookmarking websites..

In a way yes, as the cat is similar to the dog, they are both animals, so for both SB and direcotries you need to submit something to get backlink.

For getting fast indexing you can concentrate on High PR site which have rel="DO Follow'

Get many quality backlinks as you can. This is the way to improve your SEO.

Just do things as natural as possible and mix your link building tactics, don't just use one, then another, use them all at once...

They might but it depends how competitive the term is, so you want to build links with various anchors, "france soccer jersey" , "france soccer", "france jersey", etc... end only then keyword have great chance to rank for all keywords and probably will.

Don't forget about onpage optimization as well. You need to come up with a few (up to 10) keywords and optimize your site to include those keywords on your pages, in titles, in <h1>-<h3> tags, etc. Do internal linking between keywords and to most important pages. Now, you have to make backlinks to your site with anchor text of the same keywords, in this way you may appear in SERPs for the keyword you worked on. Try to use as many ways of backlinks as possible: website directory submission, article submission, blog comments, forum posts, social bookmarking sites, and also you need link exchange as well (3-way or 4-way). In a word, a lot work to do =)

Article submission is good but not enough you should use some other Seo Services to have good back links like forum posting blog commenting,social bookmarking etc.
