Do you think a lot of importance dmoz Does a register? If yes, what could be the reason why many times failure to register the application although we do?

Can you explain it little better?
Anyway submission to Dmoz does not require registration.

What are you trying to say. Dmoz is a directory at which to submit site registration is not required.

If you get listed in Dmoz it's a good link last time I checked they don't use nofollow tag - but it's difficult to get listed in dmoz.

Why is Dmoz listing is so important. Some one share your view with us. I tring to submitted domz listing but i can't submit. Someone help me.

Dmoz have a good search engine trust and high Pagerank , so Dmoz listing for any website is very important . I have tried to register my website on Dmoz , but they didn't improve my website . But I will try again .
