I'v been a follower of paypal for two years because it is universal and many people knows about it
also it is allowed in our country, but right now i want to change a money transfer programs, any one knows a better one beside of alertpay and liberty reserve because this two programs encourage you to put money 1st on your account before u can verify your account with them anyone here knows a best one? please tell me thanks.
We have been using PayPal for over ten years now and we have never had a charge back or any unresolved problem with a transaction. Have you had a problem, if so, what?
yes i have 1 problem in my experience with paypal here its is ok i buy a gold member from a website with paypal money transfer then suddenly i was a waiting an approval for for weeks then i send a ticket including gold member ship they said they dont recieve any apyment from paypal so i contact paypal but they said they alredy send the money. i wish its a bug and not a scam
If you have a problem with a payment you have made through PayPal - filing a claim through their "Resolution Center" will result in a prompt review.
yes paypal told me that but like they said they already send the money they give me the proof and history also the website that i buy a gold member they give me proof and history of payment. so i want something else if does issue have been encountered by other money transfer program ill will stay to paypal.

why don't you try moneybookers or alertpay, I didn't use them, but people say they are good event though they are not widely accepted as paypal.
