If you have your own product (not compiled with PLR crap) I really advise you to register copyright to it.
Just the fact that you've registered your product as copyrighted will minimize the chance of plagiarism.

Am thinking about protecting the name of my website not sure yet though.

This copyright issues seem new to me, because i don't have any product yet, so if i registered the copyright what action they gonna take if someone steal my product? they will help me by removing it? or something else

Its a many institutes to collect rights. But if You want to rallly protect Your product You must go to local patent office witch all detailed specyfication.
