Thread: PayPal Penalty

HI,

I live in the paypal non supported country. I have registered with 2CO to recieve payments from buyers paypal accounts.

For sending payments can I make a fake paypal account? I mean address and all things from other country? I have heard that (on only one place) paypal will give you a penalty like they will ask you $10000 - $100000 as a vioaltion for their rules? I mean is it a reality?

I think you can do this, they will not limit your account if you use it for sending money only, but soon as you start to receive money then you can expect that you account will be limited sooner or later.
This is from my experience.

My experience is you must verify it with your bank account...

At this time you cant create any fake bank accounts to get your money.

I can remember when I was trying to get an paypal account I must verify it with my bank... so I leave it and using paypal from my friend.

They'll definitely limit your account one day. PayPal detect your IP address easily. You can do this but stay aware from receiving payments from unverified PayPal accounts..

No. Don't don't ask for any charge or penalty. But if you want your account to be live again then you have to complete some tasks what they want to be taken by you.

NO they will not charge you as far as I know, and if they limit your account, you can open new one.

I work with many service provider who have opened Fake Paypal account , most of them are from bangladesh. I don;t know how they transfer moeny to bangladesh bank account though...

Sometime there Paypal gets limited and they have no option but to open a new one, and in such case you will loose any balance in your account but no extra penalty

PayPal will definately limit your account and they have tracking integrated into their system so they will know what country you are from. They do this because of all the scams and to protect people from sending money to a scammer and not being able to get it back. I am not saying you are a scammer, however they have ruined it from legitimate people trying to make money in non supported countries, the United States is unable to prosecute individuals in other countries. Is there an alternative? Yes, you already use 2CO, so if they accept paypal payments I would say just stick with that.
