    Image copyright

    as example i use a image from net, but i change it by photoshop that it looks to 60% different is it still copyright of the original owner? Where is the border, does anyone know it?

    Usually copyrights mean you can not use / edit / modify without permission from the owner. So yes. But you can use Royalty free images for this. Royalty free means you can use or modify these your own and can use for both personal and commercial purposes.

    Why not buy a PLR pack of images and then use it freely without worrying of any copyrights? PLR pack of images are available at very cheap rates and if you want to modify an already existing image then make it at least 90% different because 60% will not do.
