Is PayPal the best or what would you recommand and why?

I would consider using them both. PayPal is well known around the world but for those that do not have paypal or live in areas where they can not use it, then 2CO is an alternative. Giving your customers multiple ways to pay will increase your sales as well as give your customers more confidence.

What I have seen that most of the sites use Paypal button mainly for making payment so I think Paypal in terms of ecommerce sites is really great, however, you can use any which you like most........ but Paypal is very popular worldwide..

You never used paypal, interesting. But let me know how you will get money from Fiverr as Fiverr only have one payment option Paypal. I am sure you will now think to use Paypal. BTW Paypal is not a Scam, however it is real nightmare for scammers.

Yes they did also with me. But there is always a reason behind any problem, so if you remain in their TOS, you will never have any issue. You must have other options in your pocket but a Verified Paypal Primer Account is best. Always have Paypal, i will suggest

You need to provide them following information

1. Utility Bill
2. Government Issued Card or Driving License
3. Your Account/Credit Card Bank Verified or Computerized Statement
4. A Personal Call to Them From Your Land line or Mobile Number

After they will lift 'Limited' Status from your account.

Paypal is the best but since there are so many limited-account cases, I aware that some people no longer use this payment processor.

Instead of using Payment Processor, why not try to submit your software to Clickbank? They will manage all of the transaction and you can ask to redeem your sale via cheque or wire transfer. No more worry of getting limited.

I can highly recommend Plimus, you can even easily start an affiliate program. Clickbank is a nice option as well, especially if you want to attract affiliates to promote your product, but the most expensive way, they give 60 day full refunds for any product sold via them, so you'll have to protect your software and need the ability to deactive license keys. Well, recommended anyway, tight licensing is most important.

There are many payment provides that have clamped down on certain products.

Plimus has tightened up just recently.
