Thread: need adsense help

wondering if anyone can help me fix my problem..
for a quick second before the ad loads it is showing light yellow box where the ad should be

I don't see anything like that. Could you be more specific about the ad place?

I am still seeing it. It happens where there are Adsense ads and there is just a flash before the ad loads for me. I had looked when the thread was started but could see no reason for it to happen. The only thought that I have about it is that it may be something that the plugin is doing - reserving the space until the ad loads. You might try manually placing the code as a test. If that clears the problem for the test ad it would indicate that it is the plugin. If you still get the flash it may be something with the theme.

Thanks, I'll try your suggestion. Do you have any recommendations for a good adsense plugin possibly?
I think it may be a problem in the css which I am a newb at but I will look into it.

I don't have any advice about plugins because I have never used a plugin to place an ad. I use include files so that I may change the ads easily and do any styling needed in the css. I think it is most likely to be the plugin. The developer may have given the containing div the yellow background color so that if an ad is not served the space will not be absolutely empty.

Did you just create the ad? sometimes it takes up to an hour to show on the website if you have added them as "new"
