[Top] Tips how to make money with Affiliate Program

Hello guys, i need your advice how can i make successful with affiliate program.. i try many methods like
article submission/rss submit/video submission/bookmarking my own blog (with affiliate links on it)
and even bookmarking my own affiliate links but..not lucky at all..
using adsense is hard for me to make a steady income / clicks.. please help me fellow IMTALKers.

Building a quality targeted list takes time though. There are several posts on IMT describing methods to build a list.

Affiliate marketing isn't easy. Don't believe the hype...they just want to sell...
I strongly advise you NOT to use ANY affiliate links in articles, posts and whatever, because people can see it's an affiliate link.
In worse case, your article or post will even be deleted...

affiliate marketing is not that easy like many out there say it is.
It is easy only if you have website flooded with traffic, big fat email list, money to advertise(not profitable in most cases)...
It can be done, but this is very hard work, and it is not easy like creating blog and submit few articles, bookmarks...
For proper affiliate marketing you need to have a great plan.

In fact...for most successful affiliate marketers, who have built their list, it has taken somewhere from 3 to 5 years to build their online empire. I know of a marketer in the UK who has a list of 200k subscribers and makes only between 1,000 and 2,000 dollars with an affiliate promotion email to his list. Imagine how long it would take you to build a list like that and make a living of it... He has built this list by selling his own digital products for 2 years, building an incredible affiliate base for his products and collecting subscribers from sales and free gifts upon subscription. The most successful affiliate marketers today CAN make a lot of money affiliate marketing, because they've sold their ow products for quite some time before even thinking of promoting other people's products.

It's hard these days.

@andre..wow thank you for the info .. i dont know how can i create a big list of emails..because i dont have enough money to sign ups with
aweber or getresponse sites ..and also dont know how to used that heheh. thank you very much..can you give me some legit programs that i can earn money? thanks in advance

ouch..i try to collect email by using the code "@gmail.com" or "@yahoo.com" while im searching..i know its hard to harvest manually its painful

No one can give you a program to make good money. You have a lot to learn to create a profitable business online and put in a lot of effort and time. The course in my sig will give you the full monty about everything except SEO, but if you study the lot on this forum you can make a nice start. There's quite a few good marketers sharing their knowledge here.

Don't pick a product, throw up a website and think you'll be on top of the world. Do proper research in a specific market you feel you can participate in, find out what the needs and desires are from the target prospects and go from there.

Spend a lot of time here on IMTalk and you'll know a lot more you need to know before you start wasting time.
Too many waste a lot of time on things they don't even need to do or just do wrong...be careful.

Few basic tips. Make sure that you use an affiliate network that allows custom links & banners. If you are using only automatic ads, they will be blocked easily with Adblockers. I suggest installing adblock+ and test your site with it. If you don't see any ads, you are losing huge amount of potential customers. Ages 16-35 are more familiar with adblockers, and if that is your "core audience", make sure you have ads that will show up, even if the adblocker is enabled!

To make money from affiliate link isn't so tough or not so easy if you can't identify some tricks.Here I have some suggestion not advice.
1) Fix that what your visitors want.
2) Promote product that best.
3) Make your site content useful.
Few days ago I found a great eBook to guidelines on making money from affiliate link.It,s free to download.You can download it from amrewards dot com.

If you 'really' want to make money from amazon affiliates and you are dedicated to your cause; you can surely make money.

And your first job would to find the buyers of your products and then start promoting your website to them by advertising, emailing, or using local keywords/specific keywords in search engines
