As I browsed the BST section of the community, I found a great website that is used to check whether a url is banned from adsense network or not.
I found it pretty useful as it allows to check if the URL is not banned from adsense. Very helpful site for website buyers IMHO...

Tool seems perfect. I checked 5-6 sites. and it says only one site banned which was correct. My friend adsense account recently bans
