Im mexican i have some blogs, all spanish adsense pay click very low on blogs spanish, do you think the blogs on language english pay more adsense ?

To my knowledge the click rate does not depend on the language but on the 'keyword'. Also if the advertiser pays less, as a publisher you will also get paid less.

I have one blog have 7k daily and only have 18 to 20 dolar daily the click its very low 0.06

You need to target better paying keywords if you want to make high income with adsense. And Google adwords keyword tool is your friend!

Of course English reader are most, so basically you would be getting more no. of visitors which will lead to increase in your earning.

Actually it depends on keywords, not for language. For more earnings you should target high paying keywords.

writing good content with keyword focus will get you
more visitors and more revenue for you..

use GKT to search for long tail keywords and make post targeting those
