How to get accepted in CPA networks?
I mean I want to start with a website and CPA to earn..
I have plan to take 5 publishers and 1 advertiser but I dont know how to get publishers and advertisers from CPA company..
CAn you guys provide me?? or suggest me??

i got accepted when i did not have any experience, i told them that i would do ppc, media, buy seo and they were happy with that. I do not know if that will work for you but you can try. The first one i got accepted was peerfly so you can try there
