Why I am seeing "ads by google" on adsense ads here(IMTALK.ORG) instead of adchoice??

Do you see that for text ads too ? I saw it couple of times in image ads. Maybe Google had decided to go back to old term.

The banner I see at the top of this page is branded 'AdChoices'. I saw ads by Google on a link unit after I noticed the change but have not paid attention as to weather they have been updated. Maybe some ads are from old inventory and have not yet been updated. I suspect that we are still in a transition period.

One thing I have noticed is the banner add under the nav links (Quick Links, IMT Tools etc) is above them. So I can only see the top two of the dropdowns. I'm viewing in safari on Mac.
