if you are feeling that Adsense is giving you very low earning then you shouldn't think so, you can multiply the clicks by increasing number of visitors on your site.

It is true that if you are promoting any niche which has low earning from Adsense but you can thing that there is also low competition so it is good for you and you can make good money in this niche as well.

This is a good idea and forms the principle for just about anyone with an adsense site, maybe even popular site owners can benefit from this?

You can also filter out low-paying ads so only the higher paying ones are displayed

What if you can't filter out ads because there aren't many advertisers in your niche?

My problem is that the traffic going to my site is from India and other countries like it that get very low CPC from Adsense, how do you increase Adsense earnings there?

Well, do like OP said, multiply the visitors you bring to the site, and the earnings will rise too.

I think people mindset should be changed too. If they can make $1/blog from Adsense then what they need to do is just to duplicate. Repeat and repeat the process! Just say if they have 100 blog and each earn them $1/day, so their earning will be 100 x $1 = $100/day.
