Adsense Alerternative ?

Hello Guys, I have seen a lot of guys getting banned from Adsense and using other PPC networds.
Can you suggest any good adsense alternative ?

if you get US traffic, there are some of good adsense alternatives like
Chitika
Microsoft (I think they also have an ad network only within US)
and etc

If you have a small site with less than 10,000 UV's a month then there aren't any good PPC networks. Good PPC networks ask for at least over 30,000 UV's per month.

agreed. Adwords is the best PPC right now.
