You are right. Those top 3 networks you mentioned are great. I should have posted those and can't believe how I missed those. I'm really interested in Google Affiliate network and Linkshare.

Years ago I tried to join Neverblue ads but they rejected me for not having enough traffic. At that time I had only around 2000 UV's per month for the site i used to apply. Also They don't accept all countries I think.

yes. You are correct. Some of CPA networks accept only US,Canada and UK. They think from other countries, crap leads can come. I guess !! :P

The problem is Site traffic has nothing to do with the publisher, has it ? Site owner can be from Afghanistan but majority of his site traffic can be from USA. I think networks believe rest of the world have more cheaters than those countries. Also various laws and restrictions. like US companies can't do anything with anyone in Iran or North Korea.

yea, traffic can be like that. But most networks think countries like India, Afghanistan can give crap traffic, I read that in India have special groups of people to do this kinda crap work. Thats why they accept USA,Canada and UK most of the time. So crap traffic will be minimum

Even AdSense has separate TOS for Asian regine countries now. You can see often people from south Asian countries like India, Pakistan or South east Asia like Phill sometimes ask for clicking on their ads etc. This is really bad because it hurts those really good and professional webmasters from these countries. It's not like publishers from other countries never to it, just these countries get high lighted and its' really unfair for good webmasters.

yea, thats why for most of these countries, google doesn't approve new sites for adsense. They have to make a good site and wait 6 months to get an adsense account. Mostly in 3rd world countries, this problem have, because people try to earn money anyhow. In India and China, there are some places specially to click on adsense ads.

Its better to share some good experience with CPA networks rather than making fat lists of CPA networks. It motivates members to join CPA network which is reviewed by original users.

I don't have good experiences with these CPA networks, simply because I dont work with them, I use cpm and cpc only. But this list I got from one webmaster who is very successful with neverblue network. Hope some people will share their own experiences about the subject here.

More lists of CPA networks then more confusions for newbies which network to choose. Its better to just list short and trusted CPA networks.
