Web hosting affiliate programs are very lucrative indeed. Some of the examples are the lunarpages affiliate program and the hostgator affiliate program. Both are very well paid upon sales.

hostgator i think has the best affiliate program among all the web hosting sites. they pay much through this affiliate program but they really are strict and lots of rules to follow in order for you to earn as affiliate.
You can earn maximum with Web Hosting Affiliate programs if you have more referring friends. Even, you can earn more than $1000 or more in one months. But, referring your friend is is much important.
Yes you are right guys, but the main thing is how to promote the blog and keyword research.. Many internet marketers fail to earn from hostgator affiliates.. The main and difficul thing is keyword research, if they keyword is good, then sales will be like in 4 figures if not then not even 50$... Take one example of my partner site, freehostgatorcoupons. com , search on google and you will see it on the first and he is making only 150$ in two month, so you can think how keywords and promotion matters... (Website I am not promoting it just for example)
I have never been webhost affiliate, but have few friends which have great experiance with hostgator. It can be graet especially if you have site with nice traffic and webmaster oriented.

Oh man. I think back to the dawn of the internet - the early mid 90's and wish I'd WISED UP to making money online back then. Man you could have made a KILLING getting into the 'Discount Domain Registration' and 'Cheap Web Hosting' affiliate scene. There's been a BAZILLION domains and hosting packages bought - and renewed, renewed, renewed ever since! I coulda been a retired Bilioniare by now!
But oh, to try to muscle-in on a slice of that pie now?!? God help you the keyword competition must be utterly staggering to make it even to page TWENTY of search results....
Yeah HostGator is probably a good affiliate. I do something different though - since I have a few offline clients I host their websites on my HostGator reseller account and they pay me monthly.
In the long run you make more money this way. I think this is an easier niche to get into than being an online affiliate - just some food for thought
Well I think most Hosting providers paying only an one time referral fee for their affiliates. CJ has bunch of good ones who paying $50 - $100 per customer.
