I joined Peerfly affiliate network long time ago. Which it still had around 5000 publishers. That was like 3-4 years ago I think. Over the years they have become more strict about application process and how to promote their offers.
They have great email /zip code type offers. Those 1$ offers for free email submits. pay per lead type deals. Even Fiverr is one of their advertisers !
