How to find the local site listing?

Recently I got the seo project and that client need his local language or local country website backlink. The client business is only for the his country.

So is there any search formula to find the local region website?

I would suggest find in Google search engine based on location for example Google.co.uk, Google.ru etc.

You can also put name of the location in search box..

You can find some local directories and find related sites based on that location.
