Thread: Promoting Amazon Product In Traffic Exchange Is Illegal In Amazon?

I want to ask all member in here, If I promoting amazon product in traffic exchange, and relating to that is illegal in amazon?

I'm not an expert on Amazon, but I doubt they would have a problem with you promoting in TEs... why would they? They are only paying you for sales. But you can read their TOS or send them an email.

You can't put Adsense sites in TEs though, because if you get click from there it's considered click fraud/arbitrage and you will lose your Adsense account!

Yes, I know the Adsense can't accept the TEs, but I'm not found in Amazon TOS about this.

Better be safe than sorry. If you're not sure, don't promote Amazon products in TEs, at least not directly.

Amazon doesn't allow to promote directly in Adwords for example.

To be safe, you should target visitors only from search engines, visitors from search engines are targeted visitors as well.
