Hey,
Do you fond of trends? I mean do you make website on trends, like valentine, new year for fast sales?
What is the importance of placing search trends data graphs when implementing keyword research..

I build sites before "events" happen. You need to rank before Christmas and Valentine come.
But I don't put too much emphasis on that.
I just build sites and when I see something cool come my way - I grab that niche, create informative website, let it sit there, build traffic.
Then later on I monetize it - I just build trust and help people before that.

But again, I just build sites and don't care much about tracking and running after certain events.

Yes, but SEO takes time for optimizing the keywords so you have to do much before any festival for getting benefit from that.
