    How to motivate our team?

    On internet marketing, there are a lot of boring tasks because it takes too much time. For this, some people then building their own team to do these tasks. By building team, the process can be done faster. However, we can't always guarantee the team do the job properly. They're human too....they can be lazy, they can be tired, etc...and sometime these things make the job isn't done on time.

    My question, what is your way to motivate your team so they can always work in their optimal performance?

    Beside monetary rewards, build some rapport too, treat them as friend instead of staff.

    It's best if they were self motivated.. Some, or most people do it for the rewards so maybe reminding them of that can be of some motivation

    Set targets for your team and set also intensive for them also try to keep in touch with them am arrange some game for them for refresh their minds then the productivity can increase.

    Its better to always appreciate your team members even for small task which motivates them lot. And always support your team members. Spend time with your team members and take them out to lunch and let them enjoy the time.

    People are not always self motivated and you have to hire a mixture of people and everyone comes in it.

    Companies cannot afford to pay more in terms of incentives than the actual salary.

    Every team has a target to achieve but during the course it starts to become boring and work starts lagging. What games would you suggest? I guess this would actually be good but not everyone can be engaged in the game. And thinking from an employers point of view it would waste time.

    That is very true but for freelancers. While on job your earnings benefit the company and you get the wages that are already fixed.

    This is a good suggestion and company lunches do lighten the atmosphere and you might learn the reasons what keeps them getting bored.

    I guess switching tasks once in a while would also keep them on their toes as routine work usually becomes boring how much self motivated a person can be after all that’s human nature.

    Tough question....I think if you want to motivate your team you must lead and appreciate your team members even for small task which motivates them lot.

    - Give them the feeling that without them (every single member) the team will not work at all.
    - For good work pay good money, if the quality level is low, pay less.

    Spend and enjoy great time together. After struggling and striving hard for the target, then the best way to appreciate your team is enjoy together with full of entertainment beside relaxing mind with jokes and fun.. motivate them with bonuses and other relevant incentive

    Leadership is one of the best quality in the team leader .The person who use to lead or motivate the team has potential to unite their team member.He can encourage them. Appreciation is the best and easiest way to encourage or motivate them properly.

    Without good leadership, the team will scatter around and will not follow the good guidelines of team work, is not very easy to be leader because to impress people you need to motivate yourself before you can motivate others

    If I want my team on my sites to work at there best I will pay them so much at the end of each week... I think that would be a fantastic promotion to get them rolling to make them want to work harder..

    Just make some statards if you pay them with cash..

    i agreed with aps, sometime what we said can hurt other in so many ways, and one thing you must keep remind, just be professional at work, don't mess other problem, when we at work, we work professionally, when we outside work, we were close friend

    What you can do is that always outline all the things that had been accomplished! Aside from that always compliments your team if they made a good job! Which only means as a team leads you appreciate all the efforts of your team and that will motivates them to do more better.
