Hello,
It is more effective and nice way to promote your business. Article marketing plays an important role in your business as your moderator. It defines your business as the information in it actually explains your business performance. How much strong the article will be, so much it will be helpful for visitors. You just have to focus on information that you are providing. So, we can not neglect the importance of article at any cost.

yes, a free and effective way i have used for a long time.
at least till now it is good for me.

WELL IT IS NOT AS EASY AS YOU THINK...
Ranking determined through various other factors and not Just PR.


If it was so easy to find this thing, people would have decoded Entire Google Search Ranking algorithm by now

This is the right IM and & SEO mindset to test things
The only problem with this is that PR is not that important, authority is what is important right now.

Yeah it works, Article marketing is in one of the best techniques used in SEO by SEO Professionals.

Yes Article is still working, but it must be unique.

Content is KING and allways will be!

I feel article marketing is not that effective anymore at least on Google. After the latest Google Panda update all article directories got hit badly and not a single article being rank in page 1 anymore. Fortunately it is still working for Bing and Yahoo.

it depend on certain situation and certain circumstances, it is not the last choice to say not effective anymore. How the exactly the way you promote your unique article will determine the output. (i'm not going into details explanation, you can just read certain thread regarding this topic )

I still get a reasonable amount of traffic from Ezine. However, I only use original articles. I do some spinned content but that's primarily for link building.

I mean article marketing still works but it is not as effective as last time specially when it is not getting rank in Google page 1. Unless you publish it in your blog as unique content then there might be a change it will get rank for long tail keyword unless the blog have very high PR. But last time certain articles in Ezine can easily get rank in page 1 for keywords with only 2 words. For the same effort, I feel it is better to use other methods to generate traffic.

Andyteh, sorry to misunderstand you but i still believe you can't depend solely on article marketing, i agreed with ayela too, spinned content (human readable) is perfect for link building purposes

I am new in this forum and just bumped into this interesting thread and thought like adding my voice. "Does article marketing still work?" Personally, I feel it's so far one of the best marketing tool that drives a steady stream of traffic to my websites. I have tried other methods but I found article writing so far the best for me. Although, it takes some time and a reasonable number of articles for you to begin seeing the returns, once you have established yourself well enough, you begin to smile. I just encourage everyone out there to use this proven marketing tool.

But for you to effectively benefit from it, you have to know the tricks like Search Engine Optimisation, writing winning article headlines, writing a winning resource box, having original content, having a winning writing style, good business niche, niche changing and many others. When you become a master of all those tricks, then you can benefit greatly from article marketing.

I have been doing article marketing for some time now and i am glad to say that it is still working but I am getting more results from Go article. Your article has to be quite unique and relevant before you can get approved by Ezine Articles...

There is no doubt that article marketing works! The articles just must be posted in a proper way, filling all the information they require in the article directories.
