can you list here the differences between online marketing and off line marketing?

Offline marketing involves the normal route of advertising. Things like billboard ads, advertising in newspapers, magazines, radio, TV etc. Online marketing is where you would do more or less the same, but online using videos, podcasts, articles, press releases, blogs, banners etc. where instead of the products being kept in a store, they are "kept" online in a website. Which is why some companies use both, especially if they have a physical store where people off the street can walk in and buy things.

Online marketing is relatively a new concept in marketing. it is much more diverse in nature. Getting customers online and make them to buy online is generally one of the main parts of SEO.
