Ok so chances are if you have been hanging around internet marketing forums recently
then you have come across the micro-niche adsense formula. This swept across forums
like a wild fire, and for good reason. This method if used correctly has the ability to
bring in unlimited amount of revenue.
The basis behind this method is fairly simple:
• Find a micro-niche
• create a mini site around that niche with long tail kw's 4-5 pages
• rank in Google for your kw's
• add adsense to your site with a high converting theme
• earn about $2 per page
• get up about 100 sites
• make $200 a day
• scale
Simple enough ehh? And it's proven to work, with people making over $4,000 a month
using this method alone!!!
I have to say me stumbling across x-factor and his course launched me into internet
career. This was the beginning for me working full-time on the internet. The only
problem is that over time word got out about it plus the fact that google evolved that the
method got kinda washed out, and change was a must.
So what happened next?
The method evolved also. People came up with their own twist to this lucrative earning
method and continue to bring in the cash today.
That’s why i'm writing this e-book I want to share my twist to the method that I use and
bring you the same fortune that is has bought to me!!
So without further ado lets get started
Niche Research
This step is what I would have to rank as the 2nd most important part of the process. Your
niche determines a lot about how your site will do, such as how much money you will
make and how easy it will be to rank for your kw's. (Check out Niche research e-book
for more info if needed)
So lets get started on niche research. For starters I mainly use 1 site for my niche
research and that's Amazon.com. You can't go wrong using Amazon because they sell
virtually everything, and i'm pretty sure everybody has purchased something from them
at some point in time, so its a good site to use to figure out whats selling these days.
So lets head over to Amazon.com Bestsellers: The most popular items on Amazon and begin.
The first thing that you will want to do is pick a niche. This can be overwhelming since
amazon has almost everything that you can think of, but I like to think of it as a good
thing; meaning you cant go wrong because you have a bunch of niches that sell and
make money.
For this method I will pick the “kitchen and dinner” niche.
Now this is what I call a “Main niche”, and from the main niche you will want to go 1
step deeper and pick a “sub-niche”.
For my sub-niche I chose “blenders”.
Now from here you will want to select your “micro-niche”. Now you will use your
micro-niche for your main page on your site, meaning you don't have to have all of your
pages about the micro-niche (I will explain why later).
For my micro-niche I chose “smoothie blenders”
Ok so now that you have your micro-niche its time to go and do some kw research
Keyword Research
Now that you have you a good micro-niche its time do begin the most important part of
this method: Keyword research.
For this I use the Google adwords keyword tool as well as traffic travis. If you have a
software that you prefer to use then by all means use it, as well as if you have your own
criteria when finding good kw's
If not? Then lets get started!!
First off you will want to head over to ezine articles to get what I call “base keywords”.
You will want to simply type in the search bar “blenders”. Once you get the results
simply click on one of the articles.
As you can see I opened “The best blenders at the best prices for your home”.
Now you will want to “right click” go to view page source, scroll down until you see
“keywords” and copy and past the keywords into a txt file.
You will want to do this with about 3-4 articles. After you have gathered all of your base
keywords, your txt file should look something like this (give or take some kw's):
Open up the google adwords keyword tool, and copy all of the base kw's into the
keyword box. Enter the captcha and press “search”.
After you hit the “search” button you will get a huge list of keywords. On the left side
bar check the “[exact]” box.
Now this where it gets a little boring and takes time to get. You will want to go through
the list of kw's and use this check list to filter out some potential kw's:
• Make sure the monthly local search is over 1,000
• Make sure that the kw could flow in a sentence
The next step is to go over and download “traffic travis” This a great free tool to analyze
your kw's further, unless you use your own tool such as “micro-niche finder, market
samurai etc...”
You can download the free version of traffic travis here:
Free SEO Software | The Best PPC & SEO Management Tool -Traffic Travis
Now that you have your kw tool downloaded its time to move on.
Take the kw's that you got from the adwords tool and put them into traffic travis kw
analyzer tool. (You have to put them in 1 by 1)
As you can see below I chose the kw (back to basics blenders) and after I got the results
back from traffic travis the competition came up as “relatively easy”.
To go into further detail as to why the kw is a good one is because:
• The competition doesn’t have a lot of green check marks, this means that your
competitors pages aren’t highly optimized for that kw, making it easier to take the
#1 position.
• The number of backlinks from the competition pages are very low and we can
easily get more and better backlinks.
You now want to copy that keyword in a txt file as a good kw. Now repeat until you
have 4-6 good kw's.
As you can see below my 4 kw's are:
1. Smoothie blenders
2. Back to basics blenders
3. Espresso cappuccino machines
4. Kitchen aid food processors
With “smoothie blender” being my main kw, because it gets the greatest amount of
monthly searches.
The next step is to go and register a domain. You want your domain to have your main
kw in it to increase your site SEO and better your chances of ranking higher.
The domain that I registered is:
Smoothie Blenders
It really doesn’t matter what type of domain extension that you use, as I have ranked on
the 1st page of google with a “.info” domain before.
Now that you have your kw's for your site and your domain, its time to begin writing
content for your site.
Content
Its many ways to write content for you niche sites, it really no way that you can go
wrong as long as you follow these simple guidelines:
• include your main kw throughout your article, mainly 1 time in the title, in
the 1st paragraph, throughout the main body around 3 times, and 1 time in
the last paragraph.
• Make sure the article is at least 400 words long
• Use H1 tags with your kw in it.
• Use the other kw's on your site in your article
• link at the bottom of your homepage article linking to the other pages of your
site.
Follow these guidelines and your article will be fine
What I like to do is write my article on the homepage in the form of a review, so that I
can review the products on the other pages of my site on the homepage (giving me the
ability to use all my kw's on the homepage).
As far as the inner pages on your site you can just give product descriptions and a short
article reviewing the product (make sure its at least 400 words).
Here's an example if the blender site that I set up:
“As you can see above I used the kw twice in the title for added SEO benefit”
Theme Creation
There's a lot of speculation that there is a perfect theme to use for adsense. While I don’t
believe that there's a perfect theme I do agree that some theme's convert higher than
others.
For example you have the “x-factor” theme, which is black and green with a single ad
block under the tittle and another small block in the side bar.
Here's an example:
This theme really set the bar when it comes to “high converting themes”.
The only problem was that almost everybody who was into adsense niche sites used this
same exact theme, it got to the point to where I would be doing kw research for my
adsense project and I would see these themes popping up everywhere.
So what I decided to do was take the key features of the theme that makes it high
converting and creating my own themes based on those key features.
Which includes:
Color: This plays a big part in your theme, the main reason is that you don't want colors
that will distract your visitor. You want colors that are easy on the eye, and colors that
will sort of act like a wrangler and focus the readers eyes on your adsense ad. As you
can see from the x-factor theme your eyes immediately focuses in on the blue adsense
ad.
Ad placement: This is huge also, but pretty basic the best converting ad placement is
the ad block below the tittle. I normally use this block alone and my “ctr” remains high,
I try not to go overboard with ad blocks all over the place. I feel this will mark your site
as spammy and too commercial.
Ease of navigation: This is important also, you want your visitor to find everything they
need on your site without having to roam around too much. This will keep your visitor
on your site longer (increasing your Google site quality score). Adding a site map is a
must.
Site-Map: Having a site map will help the Google crawlers crawl your site more
effectively.
Contact us page: This is a must in the Google adsense terms and conditions for all site
with adsense ads on them.
Privacy policy: This is also required for all sites with Google adsense ads on them. You
can find a copy of a privacy policy to use on your site in the extra's folder of the ebook.
With these components you have yourself a very high converting theme.
You can also check the “extra's folder” for some themes that I created to use your
your sites.
Backlinking
This next step will determine how successful your sites will be. How well you
conducted your kw research will determine how much backlinking work you will have
to do. A lot of people search forums asking questions like:
“How many backlinks do I need to get in Google page #1?”
There is never an exact answer to the question, and if someone says they have the
answer then they are highly misguided about the facts of SEO. Many things go into
determining how many links you need to get to the 1st page. Such as:
• competitors backlinks for your kw
• on site SEO (kw density, inner page linking etc...)
• how many backlinks your site has
• Backlink quality, for example 1 PR 5 .edu link is worth more than a 0 PR link.
So with that being said, a real answer from someone would be:
“Its really no way of determining that, your ranking depends on a lot of different factors
such as kw competition, your site SEO, and your competitor on-site SEO and backlinks.
So its pretty much safe to say that if your on-site SEO is better and you have more
backlinks than your competitor then you will no doubt pass them in Google.
Conclusion
Seems easy enough right? It really is, and all it takes is effort and what I like to call
“scale-ability”. The key is to get a system down and scale like crazy.
Lets say you have 30 sites making just $2 each page a day.
30 sites
x 5 pages per site
x $1 per page a day (Yes that's all)
x 30 days
--------------
that's $4,500 a month!!!!
Now do you see the power of this method and why it works?
Enough with the small talk, its time for you to take action!!!
