I am creating a sale funnel with one FE, one upsell and one downsell. But I don't know how to get the messages "leave page or stay on page" to appear when people try to leave the offer?

For me those are just irritating and I am unlikely to go back to a page/site that uses one. This is probably a javascript or ajax onclick event. Google almost certainly knows where you can find a script to do this.

I don't know what you are using, WP, HTML pages etc. I think you are talking about an exit pop-up. It is a piece of javascript code. I think Optimize Press WP plugin already has this build in. Also, a program like Leadpages already has this built in too. Otherwise, just do a search.

I must agree with the Wink here, except if you will significantly reduce the price on that "leave" event, then it is somehow OK....

Yes these are annoying as hell. Don't do it.
