Site-links is a completely automatic process to there is nothing you can really do about it but wait. Make sure you have link to all pages you want to show as sitelinks on your home page. SEO is not 100% manual action there are steps we can't control.

Get it added through Google webmaster, but you need to wait to show in SERP. In Adwords campaign there is an option to add sitelinks in the ad.

Google chooses when and what to display for your sitelinks. The only thing that you can do is choose to not display certain ones in webmaster tools.

Sitelinks are usually come up on the SERPs when we search anything by its brand name, website name or business name. These are some of the terms which the sitelinks get displayed on the SERPs, so need to focus on promoting these terms and building a theme of website online but avoid over promotion as it can harm this one.

When your website reaches the 5 page rank so your site links automatically starts improving, it's a long and authentic procedure you can't do anything quickly.
