Don't try traffic from autosurf site because that will increase your bounce rate. I think you should try trafficg if you want more traffic and you cannot find any other source.

Yes, mostly the visitors to your site coming from the autosurf sites will be those who start the autosurf tool and then minimize it on their desktop and get busy in doing other work. So what has happened actually? Your site might get 1000 visits but it might not be read by 100 people also. Not even 10 people out of 1000 unique visits will remember what your site was about. So what is the benefit of such worthless traffic. I never try to get such traffic.
