Can I submit Affiliate Link Using the Website Submitter Tool?

I have a question, is that possible to submit an affiliate link using the website submitter? Or it'll only benefits the domain URL?
    Thanks.

    No reflinks are not possible...

cause when you add an url like this:

    Code:
    http://www.affiliate-site.com/?ref=YourReferal-ID
The Website Submitter will only submit this URL:

    Code:
    http://www.affiliate-site.com/

The Website Submitter is good for fresh URLs, Content Sites...

its a way to get the Google Bot crawling your site faster...
other way is the "add url" at Google.. but this way takes a lot of time...
