I spent around $4500 in dev. I'm of course not selling it at that high of a price, but would like to at least make 20%-30% of my money back.

It is live on Android market, just haven't done any promo or marketing for it. If you have a android phone, download shuudi.

The question regarding this polling tool is, what makes it difference and more useful when compared to free polling system you can utilize on Facebook?
My suggestion, you can sell this kind of software to Government Company that work with statistic.
